TERMS OF SERVICE

1.1. Before registering and having our service, the student should read every single clauses of These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and accept it. It is considered that the student is agreed with these Terms if the student registered.
1.2. The School "English Maestro" can make changes to the Terms of Service anytime and the date of the changes will be mentioned on the top of this document.
1.3. After registering and logging into the site, student can select package which suits him then once he paid the tuition, he will have the right to select his teacher and arrange his class schedule on his teacher's available hours.
1.4. The terms of the package which has been chosen by the student will be the part of the Terms of Service.
1.5. Some terminologies used in the site should be understood as followings:
1.5.1. A class is a session/lesson for English speaking practice which continues for 50 minutes with foreign teacher.
1.5.2. Scheduling or booking class means to reserve certain dates and times for one to one speaking classes by selecting from teachers' available hours and clicking the button "Save selected times".
1.5.3. A package is a set of rules for booking or scheduling classes such as total number of classes, effective days, the maximum number of classes that can be booked per day, the maximum number of classes that can be cancelled, the latest time to cancel a class, the latest time to book a class, the number of days classes can be booked in advance for, and other terms for selecting teacher and class date and time.
1.5.4. Fixed package is a package that requires a student to book all his classes once in advance on fixed days of week and at fixed time of a day with a particular teacher.
1.5.5. Flexible package is a package that allows student book his classes at any time and on any day with any teacher provided that the class is booked 2 hours before the class time.
1.5.6. Privilege for class cancellation is a right to cancel a certain class at least 1 hour before the class time and book another date and time for the class if student become unable to attend the class by some reason. Student can cancel a class by going into "My Schedule" page in his account or contacting The School by live chat support.
2. Student registration, personal information and privacy
2.1. Student is solely responsible for accuracy of his registered email address, phone number and other information. Language center won't take any responsibility for any problems which are caused by inacurate information of resitration.
2.2. In case of changes in student's phone number or email address, student should log in to his account and access to Personal information section and update the changes.
2.3. The School will be never disclose personal information of registered students to anyone at any circumstances. We will use the information of students only to give our service and send related information about our service.
2.4. If student is under 18 year old student may use our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Things you need to have a online class
3.1. In order to attend online class, Student should have a computer connected to the internet with the speed of 512 Kbps and more, earphone, microphone and webcam. Student also needs to install video conferencing application "Zoom" on his computer in advance and check settings of microphone and earphone before the course starts.
3.2. The School will not bear any responsibility if a class is interrupted because of non-functioning equipments mentioned above.
3.3. The School may give some instruction and support for installation and usage of video conferencing tool "Zoom" but The School is not responsible for it.
3.4. The School will send Zoom ID and Password to be used to connect with his teacher to the registered email address of student after the student pays his tuition. The student should avoid losing them or passing them to someone.
3.5. Student should contact The School immediately if he forget his username and password or lost the email by which The School sent them to the student.
3.6. The account of "Zoom" video conferencing tool whose username and password is provided by The School should be used only for one to one classes of The School. The School has the right to change the username and password without prioir notice to the student if The School considers it as neccessary.
4. Class cancellation and make up class
4.1. Student should realize his goal to improve his English speaking skills and be determined to reach his goal and need to keep his schedule as tight as possible. If student needs to cancel his class by any reason, he need to log in to his account and cancel it at least 1 hour before the class time or need to inform The School by phone or live chat support. If the cancelled class meets the above time requirement (1 hour before the class time) and selected package terms, it will be considered as eligible for making-up later and added to the student's account autmatically.
4.2. Student has a right to make up the classes that interrupted or missed by bad weather condition or by teacher's health condition on another date and time.
4.3. Teacher will wait for a student for 15 mins from the start time of a class and if student doesn't show up within 15 mins the student will be considered as absent and the student won't be able to make up the class later.
4.4. If the student shows up within 15 mins while the teacher is waiting for him, the class will be conducted only for the remaining time of the class.
4.5. The classes interrupted or missed due to reasons other than mentioned in the clause of 4.1 won't be made up.
5. Course cancellation, transfering the course to someone
5.1. If student is not able to continue the class by any reason, he can't terminate the whole course but can transfer it to another person once with scheduled classes. The student should inform about it to language center at least one day before and introduce the Terms of Service to the person who is going to have the course.
5.2. The School won't bear any responsibility for missed or interrupted classes caused by misunderstanding of class schedule, incomplete familarity of the Terms, failure in earphones, microphone, computer and disconnection of the internet.
5.3. The School will ban and terminate it's service immediatelly for the student if the one misused and abused the site or took an adverse action towards the site or tried to take it.
6.1. The content of the site is protected by copyright and it is prohibited to copy and use it for other purposes.
6.2. The School will not bear any responsibility for the risks caused by student lossing or disclosing his user name and password to the site to someone.
